Consultation
A consultation involves us going into the home and assessing what needs
to be done in order for the home to show beautifully and sell quickly. We
will take photographs and prepare a detailed report of suggested improvements
that will help sell the house faster and for more money. Hands-On Staging
This involves us taking the consultation plan to the next level, actually
doing the work which addresses curb appeal, clutter control, furniture and
accessory placement and organization issues. You can choose to hire us to
do some OR all of the work. Our goal is the same as yours: TO SELL THAT
HOUSE! Fees
$125.00 for the initial, 90 minute consultation that includes photographs
and a detailed list of recommendations. Hands on staging prices will depend
on the size of the house and to what extent you choose to have it staged
by us. We will give you a full estimate of all costs before any work is
begun. Please feel free to contact us regarding your particular situation.
The cost of having your home professionally staged is always less that 1/2%
of the listing price and certainly much less than your first price reduction.
